CHRISTMAS ORDER CUT-OFF DATES: As per Australia Post’s recommendation, order cut offs for Australia are:

NT: 11/12/2025; TAS/WA/SA: 16/12/2025; ACT/NSW/VIC: 18/12/2025, QLD: 19/12/2025

Please note though, that once posted off they are in the hands of Australia Post so I am unable to control any delays occurred. I recommend choosing the Express Postage option at the checkouts just to be safe. 

SHIPPING: We at Woodland Dreamings take the greatest care in packaging all of your items for a safe delivery, and do not take responsibility for any breakages or damage during the shipping process.  If by chance your items have arrived damaged, please let us know with 24 hours of its arrival, and present you item with all packaging to your local Australia Post office, as per Aus Post Policy. Each tracked order is shipped from Rural QLD on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays, excluding public holidays.

EXPRESS: Please be advised that Express is simply a postage option, it does not mean that your order will be rushed. If you need your order quickly, please send me a message and I will do my best to get it completed & shipped ASAP. Please note living in rural Qld, 4376, means we are not located in the Express Post Next Day Delivery Network.

** Please note that due to natural weather events and the busy Christmas period, parcels may move through the system a bit slower than usual, and as a result there may be delays. I do strongly recommend choosing the Express Option still if you are requiring your order by a certain date. Please also note that refunds will not be given in the event of any postage delays. **
