RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY: Due to the handmade nature of these items, we cannot offer exchanges, returns or refunds for change of mind. If the item is faulty upon arrival, and we are informed with accompanying photographs within 24 hours of you receiving your items, we will replace the item only upon receiving back the faulty item, unused & in the same condition it was sent, and in the original packaging. We do not refund any shipping costs, however. Refunds/Returns will not be granted if you break the item(s) after they have arrived safely.

SHIPPING: We at Woodland Dreamings take the greatest care in packaging all of your items for a safe delivery, and do not take responsibility for any breakages or damage during the shipping process.  As per Australia Post instructions, if by chance your items have arrived damaged, please keep your damaged products & packaging ready to present to your local post office for a claim asap. Each tracked order is shipped from Rural QLD on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays, with the exception of Public Holidays. Please be mindful that our Express option is simply a shipping option and not an indication of a rush order. Please also note that refunds will not be granted for shipping delays.

Please note that the shades of the wood, crystals, and other products may look slightly different on screen than in person, due to difference in computer/phone screens. Due to the handmade nature of our products, each one will have slight differences in regards to shape and sizing.
